We had an excellent stay in this beautiful, historic home. Jess and Marcia looked after us wonderfully paying great attention to detail. We stayed in the trophy room which has walls and ceiling of beautiful old wood and a narrow walkway to a private west facing balcony. There are wonderful communal downstairs rooms and also lovely porch areas out front to sit and relax on. It was such a relaxing stay.

We visited for our 4th wedding anniversary, and wow, what a spectacular stay! Everything about Reynolds Mansion is a delight. The mansion itself is obviously incredible, and all the little details in every room of the space made you feel right at home in the 1880s (with all your modern comforts). Jess and Marcia have a way of making you feel like they've known you forever, while also going above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and giving you more than you expected! All the drinks, snacks, and breakfasts were delicious and added that much more to the experience. We stayed in the Nittany Blue room on the 3rd floor, which we particularly loved because of the jetted soaking tub in the turret and under a chandelier. If you're looking for a romantic getaway that leaves you feeling refreshed and sad to leave, this is it!

We chose to stay at the Reynolds Mansion again because we remembered what a wonderful experience we had the first time, and this visit was just as exceptional. The customer service was absolutely wonderful, our room was beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding. Everything exceeded our expectations once again. Our experience at Reynolds Mansion was excellent! Jess and Marcia are such welcoming hosts. We appreciated all the little details they put into making our experience so enjoyable - beverages on each floor, snacks, comfy and enjoyable common areas, comfy bed, & huge rooms and private bathrooms. This is much more than a typical bed and breakfast! And the town is super cute, too.

We stayed at Reynolds’s mansion during a Penn state event. It’s an easy 20 minute drive from campus. The B&B is lovely. Room was spacious and not cluttered by kitchy items. Breakfast was delicious! Hosts were very accommodating. We will be back!

I never write reviews for anything (look it up) but I wanted to give a shout out to Jess and her mom (I forget her name ?)! My husband and I celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary at Reynold's Mansion. When we were searching for a place to celebrate our milestone, we were so frustrated with all the "run of the mill" search results. We have never stayed in a traditional B&B and I honestly never had the desire. This experience changed my mind completely. We were made to feel right at home even before we got there; Jess made sure we had everything we needed well ahead of time for a seamless arrival. The suites were perfect for a private romantic getaway with a large room split into two (bedroom and living/Jacuzzi room) with a true two person Jacuzzi tub. Everything was unbelievably clean. The suite we stayed in was industrial glam with a historic feel. We were given a tour of some of the rooms in the main house and would absolutely stay in one of them as well. They are all decorated with different tasteful themes. The mansion is amazing, the food spectacular, and hosts the best. To top it off, Jess wrote a personalized letter to us congratulating us on our anniversary...it was a full page and even continued on the back. I am so bummed we forgot to take it with us?. When we got home, we told our daughter she needed to put Penn State on her college list just to give us an excuse to visit Reynolds outside of a celebration ?. We are talking about making a visit to Reynolds our new anniversary tradition. Thank you Jess and mom for your hospitality.

Reynolds Mansion was a beautiful and memorable stay. The property is full of historic charm, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bellefonte.

From the beautiful accommodations to the thoughtful personal touches, everything was absolutely perfect. Beautiful property. They truly do not build homes like this today. Jess was amazing as in inn keeper and host! If you are looking for a quiet getaway to a historic property I highly recommend the Reynolds Mansion.

My Husband and I celebrated our 6th Anniversary in the Woodland room. We stayed for two nights. The breakfast was homemade and very good and different each day. The innkeeper is fantastic she's super nice and patient and aims for making your stay as enjoyable as possible. The mansion is great for those who appreciate the art and history of the Mansion. We will definitely be coming back again.
