We arrived at 11:00 PM to check in and the room that we were given wasn't cleaned. It was not ready. The staff had to give us another room where the second bed was a pull-out sofa, which is not a problem except that there were no fresh bed sheets. The ones that were included in the closet were unwrapped and on the floor. We had to make around three calls to the front desk until we had everything we needed for the couch mattress. Thankfully the staff had a good attitude about it. It was an unusual experience. Awkward enough for a one-star review but because the breakfast was very bountiful I'm giving it a two-star. Hopefully the cleaning staff could be more careful next time and also the hotel overall can be more proactive for when things happen like this.

Great hotel! Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless, beds and pillows were comfy. The location was perfect, and the price was hard to beat for what you get. Overall, it was a great value, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is very well kept. Checking in was a breeze. I hate Penn State but the mounted mountain lion os pretty cool to see, and the other decor is nice, unlike any other location I've been to thus far.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and organized. The breakfast spread was great with many options. Several restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay on cross-country drive. Easy access from highway, very pleasant staff, even in the breakfast area, comfortable beds with 4 soft fluffy pillows, and a full variety of breakfast items at the self service area, which also offered a spacious seating area.

Holiday INN Express has always been our favorite, we never saw this one coming. This was the most pathetic Holiday Inn Express we’ve ever stayed at. It makes us think twice about booking again. The night shift staff was incredibly ignorant. They didn’t greet us, say hello, or goodbye. They didn’t even make eye contact or show any respect. The room was pathetic. The door couldn’t be closed properly, and everything was covered in dust and crumbs. It was disgusting. We paid $200 per night, and we shouldn’t have to deal with this.

Very Very Friendly and accommodating services from the Hotel manager and his team members. Nice room and comfortable beds! Like the coffee beans brewing machine, and the breakfast! Great location! Great stay! Great experience!
